Guest Service Agent - Whangarei

Distinction Whangarei Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our Food and Beverage and Reception Teams, with an immediate start.  We are looking for candidates who can commit to this role for at least one year.  We have several positions available so if you are new to the industry or a seasoned professional apply now.

Position Overview:
As a GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries efficiently.  This position may be working in either the food and beverage and or reception teams.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role would be preferred
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to deliver a high level of service consistently
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Well presented and good reliability

Hours of work:
We have multiple positions and hours will range from 5-30 hours and extra hours will be available for the right person.
